FAST NUCES & Campus Connect

The website needed to promote higher education in engineering and technology, attract funding and industry connections, and provide resources for students, parents, faculty, and staff.

The project explored academic calendars, portals, event updates, alumni networking, support information, FAQs, and service access.

The overview page gives students a glance at essential information, with deeper sidebar tabs for detailed content.

Courses, agendas, upcoming tasks, and announcements were color-coded to improve readability and skimming.

Campus Connect is a companion app that integrates with the student dashboard, helping students track tasks, create or join study groups, and reserve rooms or study spaces.

Once students sign in with university credentials, coursework syncs automatically. Filters adapt to registered courses, and study group recommendations are personalized around shared classes.

One design constraint required more than five colors excluding black, white, and grays. I selected four colors from the college logo, one inspired by campus red-brick buildings, and one complementary color.

I learned advanced filtering patterns, gated resource page design, and ways to guide users to goals with fewer clicks while avoiding heavy carousel interactions.
